We offer complimentary standard delivery for all orders above SGD $80 as part of our effort to provide added value to your shopping experience. For orders below SGD $80, a flat shipping fee of SGD $4 will apply.

Exchange Timeframe
Items eligible for exchange must be brought to our store within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Exchanges requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
Exchange Method – In-Store Only
To ensure proper sizing assistance and quality inspection, all exchanges must be processed in person at our physical store. This allows our team to offer personalized service, recommend suitable alternatives on the spot, and ensure your new item meets your expectations.
Condition of Returned Items
For an exchange to be approved, the item must be:
– In original condition
– Unworn and unwashed
– With all original tags still attached
