2. Orders & acceptance
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
2.2 An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of the order; a contract is formed only when the company dispatches the goods.

3. Prices & payment
3.1 Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made at time of ordering using the payment methods offered at checkout.
3.2 The company may change prices without notice, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & delivery
4.1 Shipping rates: FREE on orders above S$80; flat S$4 for orders under S$80 (as shown on the website). Delivery times are estimates only. 
4.2 Risk passes to you on delivery. If goods are damaged in transit, notify us immediately.

5. Returns & refunds
5.1 Returns accepted only in accordance with the company’s Delivery & Return policy. 
5.2 Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected. The company will inform you of the refund status by email.

6. Product information & availability
6.1 The company makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate but does not guarantee they are error-free. Colours may vary by monitor.
6.2 If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, the company will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.

7. Intellectual property
All website content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by the company. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company’s liability arising from or related to any purchase, product or these Terms is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

9. Consumer rights (Singapore)

10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and the company submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
